How do I care for my travel packing cubes?

Taking good care of your travel packing cubes ensures they'll be reliable travel companions.

Pack sensibly to maintain their longevity—avoid the temptation to overstuff, as excessive pressure weakens seams and zips over time. If the zips struggle to meet comfortably, it's a sign you might be pushing the limit.

Specifically for our Large Double Pack, ensure to unzip the middle compression zip before zipping up the two sides

While our packs are fantastic at fitting in your essentials, they're not Mary Poppins' magical bag—packing wisely ensures they stay sturdy and dependable on all your adventures. Happy and organized travels with your Cheeky Quokka Co. cubes!

Where do you ship and what are the shipping costs?

We use a combination of Sendle and Australia Post as our transport carriers.

Australia - We ship Australia wide. Shipping is $10 flat fee.

Worldwide - We offer shipping worldwide, with shipping fee's dependent on weight.
The fee will be displayed at the Shipping Check out screen.

Are your delivery packaging recyclable?

Sendle’s & Hero Packaging satchels are made of 100% biodegradable and compostable materials. The satchel can simply be stripped of its label and tossed in with the food scraps.

Australia Post’s express bags can be recycled in REDcycle bins at major supermarkets.

What is your refund policy?

Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we unfortunately do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.

Damages and issues upon receipt
Please inspect your order within 10 days of receipt.
A lot of care is taken when packing Cheeky Quokka Co. products but if the item you receive has a manufacturing fault, contact us immediately at hello@cheekyquokkaco.com.au, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right either with an exchange or refund. Please take a photo of the damage and include in your communication.

If an exchange or refund is required, we will organise a return of the damaged product.

We will notify you once we’ve received the returned product and we will issue you with either a replacement or refund.

If a refund is required, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund please contact us at hello@cheekyquokkaco.com.au

Issues after 10 days of receipt
As our travel packs have the ability to suffer damage from wear and tear, an accident or miuse we do not accept requests for refunds or replacements after 3 months from the time you received the packs.
If you do suffer with an issue, within the first 3 months, we are happy to assist with evaluating the issue and determining if a replacement or refund is required.
